Congratulations to Mrs Dee Wetherill of LV Shipping who is the second contributor to the Middlesbrough ASC easyfundraising account to top the £100 mark.

So far 58 of our friends and supporters have managed to raise over £916 towards club funds. This is a great effort but most of the fundraising is being undertaken by a small core of supporters. If anyone purchases anything off the web you will be able to get it at the same price off the same website but if you arrive at your chosen site through easyfundraising you can raise money for the club for free. ITS SIMPLE. 11th Middlesbrough Open Accepted Entries

A massive, MASSIVE congratulations to Aimee Willmott who, on the evening of saturday 3rd of march, successfully booked her place in the GB team for this years olympic games.

After a comfortable morning swim, Aimee went into the final in second place and smashed the final up! Aimee came comfortably six seconds ahead of third of 3 seconds under the olympic qualifying.

Middlesbrough Amateur Swimming Club operates from its main base in The Neptune. In addition we also have pool time available at The Rainbow Centre – Coulby Newham. The club coaches swimmers of all ages and abilities.  Our members range from non-competitive swimmers who wish to maintain their fitness, to National Squad members who compete at National and International competitions. New members are always welcome, although you must be able to swim 100m and have an understanding of all four swimming strokes.
